This Riserva is crafted from a rigorous selection carried out exclusively within the vineyards of historic growers who collaborate with the winery, located across the four quadrants of the appellation. Each vineyard was chosen for the quality and authenticity with which it expresses its geological matrix: the northern limestone-marl soils bestow an acidic backbone and elegance; the mineral-rich soils of the southeast infuse deep sapidity and dense tannins; the southwest clays contribute structure and a velvety smoothness. This Riserva represents the ultimate synthesis of these historic collaborations, where the excellence of four distinct terroirs merges into a monumental and age-worthy balance

Destemming and crushing followed by fermentation at 24–26 °C for approximately 30 days, with regular pump-overs and cap wetting
